What photos work best?
One clear, front-facing photo per person, well lit, with the face uncovered. The photos do not have to be taken together. JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 12 MB each. HEIC is not supported yet, so export iPhone photos as JPG first.
How much does a video cost?
The default video (Standard model, 720p, 12 seconds, vertical) uses 10 credits. Monthly amounts, charged once: Basic $29.90 for 100 credits, Pro $49.90 for 300 credits, Studio $99.90 for 800 credits. Yearly amounts, charged once: Basic $100.00 for 400 credits, Pro $500.00 for 4000 credits, Studio $600.00 for 6000 credits. One-time packs: Single $9.99 for 10 credits, Duo Pack $29.00 for 50 credits, Crew Pack $99.00 for 350 credits, Studio Pack $199.00 for 900 credits, Label Pack $499.00 for 3000 credits. Nothing renews. Larger packs cost less per default video, down to about $1.00. Higher resolutions, longer clips, and stronger models use more credits, and the tool shows the exact number before you start.
Is there a free version?
A verified account can receive one free preview after uploading photos, when the daily free budget is open. It is a shorter 480p, 5-second clip, not the paid default video. You watch it on your account page; downloads come with paid videos. There is no free subscription tier.
What happens if a render fails?
Your credits, or your free preview, come back automatically. You do not need to contact support.
Can I post the video on TikTok or Instagram?
Yes. Paid videos download as MP4 files you can post. Only use photos of people who agreed to be in the video, and mark the clip as AI-generated where the platform asks.
Does it use the original Hotel Lobby song or clone voices?
Hotel-Lobby.net is not affiliated with Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, or any label, and it does not clone a real person's voice. Every video follows the same fixed performance reference for the duo's movement and timing. The finished clip keeps that picture and plays the authorized original audio on it. It does not clone a voice. The model builds the new footage from the photos you upload.
How long are my photos and videos kept?
Uploaded photos are deleted within 48 hours. Free previews are kept for 7 days and paid videos for 90 days. You can delete a video from your account at any time.
Whose photos can I upload?
Only adults who agreed to be in the video. Do not upload minors, public figures, or anyone who has not given permission. The consent and safety page explains what is blocked and how to report a video.
Which formats and lengths can I choose?
Vertical 9:16, square 1:1, or wide 16:9. Lengths run from 5 to 15 seconds (up to 30 seconds on the Ultra model), at 480p, 720p, or 1080p depending on the model.
