Privacy policy
What Hotel-Lobby.net collects, why, who processes it, and how long it is kept.

What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Photos you upload and the text you type for a video.
- Videos rendered for you, with their settings and status.
- Orders: the pack, amount, status, and Creem reference. Card details go to Creem and never reach us.
- Abuse prevention: a one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit sign-ups, free previews, and repeated requests.
- Cookies: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and a short-lived cookie that protects the Google sign-in step. No advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To render the videos you ask for and show them on your account page.
- To run your account, credits, and orders, and to answer support requests.
- To enforce the consent and safety rules.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Who processes it

These services may process data outside your country.
How long it is kept
- Uploaded photos: deleted within 48 hours.
- Free previews: 7 days. Paid videos: 90 days. You can delete either sooner.
- Account details: until you ask us to delete the account.
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
- Delete any finished video from your account page.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to support@hotel-lobby.net.
Age limit
Hotel-Lobby.net is for adults 18 and older. Do not upload photos of minors.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Significant changes are announced on the site.
